Claire Scullion
Menopause Made Simple
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
I support women aged 30+ through the physical, emotional and lifestyle changes of perimenopause and menopause using evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, skin health and hormonal education.
My work is grounded in science, not trends. I combine my training as a Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner with ongoing Nutrition Science studies through Mac-Nutrition Uni (MNU), alongside years of ‘hands-on’ clinical experience. This allows me to offer calm, practical, and personalised support, without fear-based messaging, fads, or misinformation.
I believe women deserve clarity, not confusion. Education, empowerment and self-advocacy sit at the heart of my work. My role is not to ‘fix’ or control, but to guide, inform and support women so they can understand their bodies, make confident decisions, and create sustainable long-term health.
My approach is compassionate, honest and realistic. I work with women who want to understand what’s happening in their body, feel confident in their choices, and move through midlife feeling informed, supported and empowered.
The Consultation Process: Home or Away
Your consultation at Scullion Skin Clinic is an essential first step and can be carried out either face to face or online, allowing us to gain a clear understanding of your skin, health, and overall wellbeing. Prior to your consultation, you will complete a detailed questionnaire to help us build a complete picture of what is happening within your body, particularly in relation to skin changes, hormonal shifts, menopause, and nutrition. We also discuss your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any concerns you may have, helping us understand how hormones, stress, diet, and ageing may be influencing both how you feel and how your skin is responding.
During the consultation, a detailed skin and health assessment is carried out where appropriate, with findings explained in a clear and supportive way. We take time to discuss how menopause, nutrition, and internal health can directly impact skin quality, comfort, and confidence, alongside personalised recommendations tailored to your needs. This may include lifestyle guidance, skincare routines, and supportive strategies designed to improve long term skin health and wellbeing, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions so you leave feeling informed and confident about the next steps.
