Cancellation Policy and Pricing
Please be advised Scullion skin care operates a strict cancellation policy for all clients and for all treatments!
Appointments are in high demand so advanced notice is required to make appointments available to other customers and to avoid business losses.
We do understand that the unexpected can happen but unfortunately this cannot be accommodated by the business, if required notice is not given.
In a normal working week, the cancellation policy is that you must cancel by end of the day on the Friday that week if your appointment is for following week.
Please be aware, as I work for myself with no admin team, when I am off on holiday I will not have access to my work phone and therefore cannot pick up Whatsapps, emails or social media messages. Therefore, I would not have been aware of any cancellations until my return to work. Unfortunately if you do have to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, on the day of my return to work, then you will be charged a cancellation fee or will not receive a refund if you have paid a booking fee.
Policy and pricing
All PMU (Permanent Make Up) treatments require full payment up front unless you sign up for the payment plan.
All consultations require full payment up front and are subject to a 48hr cancellation period
All other treatments require 50% deposit upfront.
Permanent make up cancellation require 72 hours notice.
All other treatments require 48 hours notice.
For all appointments cancelled out with the time period the full 100% payment will be taken.
Please be advised I work Tuesday to Friday and all cancellations for the up coming week must be made by Friday 5pm , all cancellations outwith this time will not be accepted.
None adherence to this policy will result in no further appointments being issued!!
There will be no exceptions to this policy!
Booking Fees
Booking fees must be paid for your appointment to be booked in. From me confirming your appointment you have 48 hours to pay the booking fee. In your booking correspondence I will make sure you are aware of the booking fee cost and the bank details it needs to be paid into. If your booking fee is not paid within the specified time frame your appointment is not secured and will become available again for other clients to book.
